ED IO TI PENSO MA NON TI CERCO (2017)

 

With these images, I wanted to convey the real strength of showing what you really are forgetting the appearances. We are the result of all the experiences we live that can provoke pain and scars. Weakness may turn into strength and the scars may become the guidelines in a woman’s life and not always a flaw.

There isn’t a sculpture without fissures and there isn’t a woman without inner and outer stretch marks. I wanted to accompany all this with a poem by Charles Bukowski and a brushstroke that is like a caress of the soul.
